Villa Bismarkia comprises five independent houses: Villa Phoenix, the Alexandrae apartment, the Ravanea apartment, the Kenzia apartment, and the owner's house. It is located in the seaside area of Syracuse, within the Plemmirio marine protected area. Surrounded by tropical plants, you'll feel at one with nature. You'll experience the tranquility and elegance of authentic Sicily. The sea is 700 meters away, and bicycles are available free of charge. Each house has a private veranda, while the wonderful swimming pool, the 6-person hot tub, and the solarium are shared. Villa Phoenix has a spacious double bedroom and a triple bedroom with a double and a single bed. The Alexandrae apartment has two separate bedrooms, one double and one triple, and a large kitchen/living room. The Ravanea apartment has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite. It's a charming attic. Kenzia Apartment is on the basement level and has a large kitchen/living room, a beautiful large bathroom and two double bedrooms.
